Vinyasa yoga
Yoga is practiced in a flow in this style. Vinyasa is derived from the Sanskrit term -nyasa, which means “to place” and the prefix vi means “in a special way”. Vinyasa yoga brings stillness in mind through physical movement, Hence this practice is also Moving Meditation.
Tristhāna practice – It places attention upon three aspects – posture, breath and focus, and is a wholesome practice for the body, nervous system and mind. There is synchronicity and harmony amongst all three at every step.
In addition to private sessions, we also conduct weekly online Vinyasa yoga classes. These sessions are led by Srividya.
